Hello, my name is Elizabeth…
I’m just a girl trying to survive university as a theatre student, getting by most days on 5 hours of sleep and lots of tea. I am passionate about many things. I’m obsessed with Hispanic culture, including Mexico, and learning Spanish. I sing and dance to Spanish music and most days, I enjoy the slow journey to becoming fluent in the beautiful language. I’m working hard to obtain my BFA in Acting and I hope to become an actor one day. I believe that theatre is a beautiful art form, created by God, who is the Lord of it. I am an artist, a student, a friend, a writer, a learner, a girl becoming a woman, and a daughter to my Heavenly Father. I’m someone who everyday must remember to breathe, fail boldly, and relax. Most of all, I’m learning to love God with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength. I’m learning to believe in His love for me and the plans that He has for my life. My words here are glimpses on the journey of these loves and my Lord’s love for me.

OMGosh!! We r soooooo alike it’s insane!! i love shakespeare! I love books! I want to write books! I want to do technical theatre (lights and spotlights)! I want to learn Norwegian, German, and Italian! I already write French well, but I can’t speak it! I want to be home schooled, and I will home school my children when I have them. I can’t wait to be a mother (although I want to be at least 25-30 before I have any) and I want to help the world to be a better place!
But most important, I’m a christian and I love my God! xx
That’s awesome that we have so much in common! And I definitely agree that God is the most important interest that we share
Wonderful and wonderful!!! We 3 might be so as well HA HA

Hi Elizabeth! My name is Sierra and I found your blog after it was recommended by Brandy on her blog, so I thought I would check it out. I am so happy that I did! I am so encouraged to know that there is another girl out there who is blogging about what God is doing in her life! Keep up the good work!
Just in case you wanna take a peek, my blog is called Anchored Soul and it is basically a journal about what God has been showing me through His Word. I hope that it encourages you like your blog did me.

Hi Sierra,
Thanks for stopping by! Your comments mean so much to me.
I will be sure to check out your blog as well, when I have the time.
God bless,
Elizabeth
Thank you so much for your honesty. I was deeply moved. Please don’t stop blogging. It is important that you keep it up, following the advice of Shakespeare to “unpack my heart with words.” I wish I could help you. I have been in your place and I know what you are feeling….somewhat anyway…I don’t think we can ever KNOW what someone else is feeling. But you must keep on doing this. There is a verse in Job….can’t be more specific…but the writer declares, “My heart is full of words. It is like a full wineskin, about to burst.” Yes, it will often feel like you are “about to burst” but the Grace of God will sustain you and though you may “burst”, it will be a “burst” into the fullness of life.
Wow, thank you SO MUCH for your comment! That was extremely encouraging to me, at a time which I just feel like giving up so much of what is written here. And I love the two quotes. Shakespeare is one of my favourites and I’ve been reading Job recently. I feel like him. That verse is great! What you said about the burst is so beauitful and true as well. Very, very encouraging! Your words came at the right time! Thank you!
That is so right. If it wasn’t for God none of us would be here today.
Thank you for reading!
I love your illustration of being a garden, and God the gardener. It is so true. Little can be added to what you said, because you said it so well.
Thank you! I’ve actually been meaning to re-write this page for a while since it’s kind of old now. Perhaps I’ll keep that part though.
